Working in the medical industry, many projects are regularly open with our suppliers to qualify products, processes or implement regulatory changes. We were looking for a tool to formalize those projets and their achievements, without going into details of a fine project management. Building a custom form with Leemble, we reached the precision necessary and sufficient to provide the requested visibility to the buyers impacted by each project. The managers can simply view the dashboards integrated into the tool. Shared Excel files were quickly forgotten!

Before using Leemble, all requests for studies were sent by email to the technical teams, it was both very difficult to track them and to quantify the time spent on each lead. We set up a simple Leemble form to allow each salesman to quickly describe the qualification to perform. Consultants can then take the case in charge, update their status and share their costing: the salesperson can keep informed whenever he wishes by visiting the shared table. We have added some other fields (time spent, product, type of request) to make a maximum use of reporting capabilities. It is not excluded to realize a specific development in our CRM , but for now Leemble offers an optimum ROI by streamlining our process.

Not wanting to buy a dedicated software I had resigned myself to manage my collection into Excel: it was not userfriendly and it was difficult to access the file outside of my home. So I built a custom database with a form to manage titles, collections, authors, years. I can even attach the cover photo and I added a field to keep in mind the loaned books. But above all, thanks to multi-criteria searches, I can easily check if I already have a comic before buying a new one, anywhere at anytime, as soon as an opportunity arises!
